Tent Studio respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you contact us, place an order, browse our website or respond to our advertisements, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

Tent Studio is an event-supplies and wedding-décor manufacturer and supplier, and a brand of Shree Variety Emporium (established 1981), headquartered in Patna, Bihar. We serve customers and resellers across Bihar and Jharkhand, with reach into Nepal and Bhutan, through branches in Patna, Gaya, Bihar Sharif, Begusarai, Sitamarhi, Darbhanga and Ranchi.

In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Tent Studio / Shree Variety Emporium. "You" refers to any person who interacts with us, our website tentstudio.in, or our pages on social and marketplace platforms.

For the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), Tent Studio acts as the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here.

It does not cover third-party websites or services that we link to. Those are governed by their own privacy policies.

  • Enquiry & order details — the products you ask about, quantities, event or delivery requirements, quotations and order history.
  • Payment information — amounts, transaction references and GST details where applicable. Card and bank details are handled by our payment partners; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Job applicants — the details in your application, such as your CV, qualifications and work history.
  • Any other information you choose to share in messages or conversations with our team.

Information we collect automatically

  • Device & usage data — IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring links and time spent, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Advertising & analytics identifiers — data from tools such as the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google services that help us measure and improve our ads and website.

Our products and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children (under 18) without the consent of a parent or guardian, as required by the DPDP Act. We serve customers in Nepal and Bhutan in addition to India. If you contact us from outside India, your personal data may be processed in India where we operate. By interacting with us, you understand that your data will be handled in line with this policy and applicable Indian law.
