At Tent Studio, we are committed to delivering quality products that meet your expectations. Most of our customers visit our store in person, where they can inspect and select products before purchasing. For this reason, we do not offer returns or exchanges for in-store purchases.
Online Orders:
For online purchases, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

Wrong product delivered

Product damaged during transportation
If your order falls under either of these categories, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Be sure to provide your order details along with clear photos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a return or replacement accordingly.
Customized Items:
Please note that customized items are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances, unless damaged during delivery or if the wrong item was sent.
